Planning: A project phase completion schedule is defined in accordance with the needs of the customer to optimize project execution time;
Operation: A project coordinator is assigned to manage delivery of materials and installation of all elements according to the project completion schedule;
Quality control: A post-completion inspection is conducted to ensure every facet of the finished project meets AKI’s high standards;
After-sale: The relationship with the customer continues after the completion of the project to support in the resolution of any unforeseen problems.
